Your information.

What MAAL TRADING ACADEMY collects, why, and who helps us run your class. We never sell it.

When you book, join a waitlist, book a Free Friday or ask a question: your name, email, phone number, the class and date you chose, how you will attend, and anything you write to us.
When you pay: whether the payment went through, the amount and the date. Your card details go to our payment partner (Whop); MAAL TRADING ACADEMY never sees your card number.
When you are a student: your Student ID, attendance, course progress in My MAAL, and your class rating if you give one.
To keep the booking form safe from abuse, a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address. We do not keep the address itself.

To hold and confirm your seat, take payment, set up your My MAAL course and your online class link, and send your class emails.
To answer your questions and help you on class day.
To send a few follow-up emails if you asked about a class and did not book. Every one has a link to stop them.
To see which flyers, posts and pages bring people to the academy, so we can improve them.

We share only what each service needs to do its job: Cloudflare (website and data storage), Whop (payments), Resend (email), Moodle (My MAAL), Google (class calendar, online meetings and our internal student sheet) and Notion (our internal records).
We never sell your information and never share it for anyone else’s advertising.
We may share information if the law requires it.

QR scan source: when you scan a MAAL TRADING ACADEMY QR code, a small first-party cookie remembers which flyer you scanned, for 30 days, so a booking can be credited to it.
Bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie to check that a real person is using the form.
Booking draft: while you book, what you typed is kept in your own browser so a refresh does not lose it. It is cleared when you finish.
We use no third-party advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We keep payment and enrollment records as long as the law and our accounts require.
MAAL TRADING ACADEMY classes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
